You can only use the system after you have been trained.  Each shopper from your program who is authorized to shop on-line will need to come to a training class before using the system.

Training Classes are held at the Food Bank on the first Thursday evening of each month at 6:00pm and on the first Friday morning of each month at 10:30am.  Please call Rebecca Rodriguez at extension 115 or Jesse Baldwin at extension 103) to schedule your training time.

Special training classes can be arranged for your program, if needed.  Please contact Jesse Baldwin (ext 103) if you would like to set up a special class.  We can host special training classes at the Food Bank or at your location.

Remember that you can only make an order if you have an EXISTING appointment. 

You can have a maximum of 1 outstanding order at any one time.

Once you have entered and submitted your order it will be processed at the Food Bank.

You must submit your orders no more than two (2) days before your appointment and no later that 12:00 NOON on the day before.

The Food Bank does not keep a copy of your password; you will need to keep it in a safe place!  If you forget your password, use the link on the login page to retrieve it.
