Participation constitutes entrant's full and
unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these
Official Rules.
Eligibility:
The contest is open only to children ages 6-13 who are
residents of New Mexico. Children must have parental
approval to enter contest. Children of Roadrunner
Food Bank Staff, Board Members and all participating
sponsors are ineligible to participate.
Void where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state,
and local laws and regulations apply.
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize pack from Radio Disney will be awarded.
Odds:
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of
eligible entries received.
Selection of Winner:
The winner will be determined by a panel of community
judges from all entries received, The panel of community
judges include representatives from Roadrunner Food Bank
and Radio Disney among who others will decide the winning
artwork. The chosen artwork will be produced into
Roadrunner Food Bank’s 2009 Holiday Greeting Card.
General Terms and Conditions:
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by
these Official Rules, which shall be final.
By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees
to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of
Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and
legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in
connection with the contest or resulting from
acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including
without limitation (to the extent permitted by law),
personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of
privacy.
All entries become property of Roadrunner Food Bank for
its sole use and distribution.
Winners List:
A winners list will be posted on this web site no later
than November 9, 2009. |
