- Difficulty making ends meet because of losing a job, living on a fixed income, or unexpected expenses
- Difficulty accessing food or services because of where you live or because of lack of transportation
- Being homeless
- Living with a disability
- Having family, friends, and neighbors who have have trouble having enough to eat
- Difficulty in accessing or affording healthy food for yourself or family
- Having to choose between food for yourself or family and medical bills or paying rent
- How you have benefited from food assistance support
